So I saw a cop leaning way out his window on the side of the road with
his radar gun out in maximum bustage position. His car was all black
with bold red and orange lettering, "HEAT."
Afterwards, there were more cops that had people pulled over, so I
quickly came up with an acronym, "Handing Each American Tickets!"
